This is the last week for me in Kota Kinabalu. Yes, I am getting trasfer back to my hometown! And I have been 4 years staying in this city. 4 years before, I was a young fresh graduated pharmacist who got sent to Kota Kinabalu without knowing anything about this city. 4 years later, I am becoming familiar with this city, but have to go back. Therefore, I decided to took some photos before I left this city. Who knows what will this city becoming after 10 years….

Sandakan is a small town allocated near the seaside.

During the trip to Sandakan, I was having opportunity to have a look of Sandakan town. I was staying in a hotel near the seaside.

Last night at Sandakan, my colleagues and I went to Ocean King to eat Seafood.

After having talk for the whole day, my colleague and I have dinner at pasar Sim Sim. Pasar Sim Sim is famous for their ikan bakar. We were lucky to be there to enjoy the big, fresh, juicy sotong bakar too.

I was having a trip to Tawau on Monday and Tuesday and manage to have a visit to the cocoa factory. Yes, only that day I found out that Tawau is one of the famous place in Malaysia of producing cocoa and cocoa related product.

However, in order for us to visit the cocoa museum, we have to prebook and it must be organized in a group of people. As on the day, me and one of my colleague can only managed to take a photo in front of the cocoa museum…

Sabah is one of the best place for the people who like to dive. I personally had obtained my diving license last year at Kota Kinabalu itself. The diving spot is so near the place I stay that I do not have to worry about the lodging when I went for the scuba-diving license. The course cost about RM600 without lodging and this is the advice, if you manage to get more people to join you, you might get an extra offer. The course we attended actually allowed us to go diving for two days with one day practical training at the office. Last year 5th to 8th December I was having a meeting with all the new pharmacist officers at Kundasang. Kundasang is one of the nice place stated near Kinabalu Mount. The weather here is very cooling. You can feel the cool breeze blowing right to you face. The vegetable here is very fresh as this area

Kudat is one of the area in Sabah. One of the famous tourism spot is Tip Of Borneo at Simpang Mengayau. Officially launched by Chief Minister Sabah in 2004, it is located at one of the “ear” of the “Tiger Head”.

I have the opportunity to visit Tip Of Borneo during my visit to Kudat by 22nd and 23rd of August 2007. This place is located at nearly 1/2 hour ride from the town. The road condition is not that good and I think someone might need to have a four-wheel car to get in. However, the place
